Centon Electronic, Inc., is an American privately held, multinational computer technology corporation that develops, manufactures, sells and supports flash memory products and other computer-related memory products. It is headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California, USA
The company has distributors, resellers, retailers and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers on six continents.[citation needed] It also provides contract manufacturing and supply chain management services for semiconductor manufacturers and system OEMs.
The company distributes consumer flash-based devices and computer accessories branded with NFL, MLB, NASCAR and collegiate schools.

Centon Electronics was founded in 1978 by Gene Miscione, current President and CEO, as a distributor of integrated circuits. In 1990 the company had become the largest IC distributor in the country, and began to also design, manufacturer and supply of memory upgrade products. Its product line includes DDR4 SDRAM memory modules, USB flash drive, Secure Digital Cards (SD), CompactFlash cards (CF), solid-state drives (SSD) and accessory based phone and computer products.
In 2008 the company licensed the NASCAR brand, and released replica car and keychain USBs for Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Jimmie Johnson, Kyle Busch, Tony Stewart, Danica Patrick, Jeff Gordon, and Carl Edwards. In 2009 it licensed with the MLB, and released MLB branded USB swivel drives, USB keychains and laptop sleeves. It also licensed with the Collegiate Licensing Company and released a line of branded accessories including iPad Sleeves/cases, iPhone cases, USB twist/Keychain drives and mouse pads. It also signed a royalty program for Fully Buffered DIMMs.
In 2010 it licensed with the NFL, and in 2011 with SMA[disambiguation needed]
