Cesare Mossotto
Cesare Mossotto (Torino, 1940) is an Italian engineer and managing director, general manager at CSELT from 1989 to 2001.

Biography
Born in Turin in 1940, Mossotto graduated in electronic engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin in 1964.[1]
In 1989, he succeeded Basilio Catania as director general of CSELT, an Italian telecommunications research center of international importance, a position he held until 2001.[2] In 2001, he became director general of Telecom Italia Lab S.p.A. (TILab).[3]
Member of several technical committees and boards, Mossotto is the author and co-author of over a hundred scientific publications.[1][3]
