Chak Seelong or Jet Tha Jaw (Burmese: Page Template:Script/styles mymr.css has no content.ညဆီးစ်ကြီးၕ; MLCTS: Cha. Hka: Su Lun) is a Burmese dish of Mandalay origin, consisting of chicken thighs, deep-fried in palm oil and glazed with unrefined jaggery.[1] The dish is often garnished with sliced boiled eggs, steamed papaya, and pan-fried serpent gourd. It is generally regarded as a lunchtime meal, or a light snack in the late afternoon.

The name "Chak Seelong" refers to the palm oil in which this chicken dish is fried. See-long (ကြီးသုပ်‌) literally means "sweet chicken" in Burmese.
