Charlotte Buscemi (born January 1, 2004) is an American singer and actress. She is best known for Pablo’s sister, Penny in The Backyardigans. She is also best known a sister of Steve Buscemi Jr. (b. 2001), Madison Buscemi (b. 2009), Tyrone Buscemi (b. 2016) and Patricia Buscemi (b. 2021).

Charlotte Buscemi was born to Camila Buscemi and Steve Buscemi on January 1, 2004 (New Year’s Day 2004) on New York City and her birth certificate. Her parents were born on December 13th. She loves her favorite show Bananas in Pajamas (2003–present) and her favorite film Mary Poppins (1964).
Buscemi started acting when she was a baby in January 31, 2004.
At age six, Buscemi participated in a modeling campaign for Guess Kids, the children's line for Guess clothing. Paul Marciano, the co-founder of Guess, stated "Charlotte has the same playful spirit that her mother had on a set."
