Caden Charles Russell Clement, known professionally as Chaser22 (pronounced "Chayser Twenty Two"; stylized as Chaser22), is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter from Midland, Michigan. His song "Megas on Me Freestyle" has been played on the music streaming platform Spotify and SoundCloud over 23 million times and peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. "Megas on Me Freestyle", along with his earlier hit single "Fck Everyone and Everything", helped him secure a recording contract with Lil Bibby's Grade A Productions and Interscope Records. He has bangers made with the prosperous artist slex. The two have over 321 songs in the bank for release.
"Megas on Me Freestyle" was the lead single included on Chasers' debut studio album Megas on Me (2020), which went on to become certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The album enjoyed positive critical reception, and contained other amazing hits like: "Mega Challenge", "Hot Megas", and "20 MEGAS", all of which charted on the Billboard Hot 100. After collaborating with slex on the song "Shato Mode" from his mixtape Slexesium (2020), Chaser released his second studio album 2200 Yags (2020), which reached number one on the Billboard 100. It contains the singles "MFC Vs The WRLD" and "Betas On Me".

After his release of 2200 Yags he has been constantly hyping up the release of his 3rd studio album, Meganesium Vs Alphaite 2, the long-awaited sequel to his mixtape Meganesium Vs Alphaite released back in December of 2019. Chaser22 came out with a statement saying, " The album will not drop in February due to it being black history month. I dont want my album to take away from this important holi-monnth! However expect to see it early 2021". This action is of no surprise to his fans who are "used to delays". With no known release date we do have some confirmed information. The album will contain 10 songs, with one being an interlude named, "Thomas Jefferson Interlude". Other songs confirmed to be on the track list are: "Saucin' On Sergins", and "Walter Lime Freestyle 2". A feature from friend and business partner, slex, has been rumored.
Death[edit]
Chaser22 passed away from an alphaite, meganesium, and cesium overdose on December 22nd, 2020, in Cancun, Mexico. Though many fans are skeptical as they believe he has been spotted in public several times since. Has he slandered his own death for an epic album reveal?
