Chateau Bujan

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Chateau Bujan is in the Côtes-de-Bourg region of Bordeaux, France. Owner and winemaker Pascal Meli produces primarily merlot-based red wine blends, which is typical of the right-bank of Bordeaux. At present, three different wines are bottled: Chateau Bujan, Chateau Bujan No. 2, and Les Copains de Bujan which is only produced in exceptional years. Like many winemakers, Pascal will often experiment with other bottlings such as Le Clin d'Oeil de Bujan and the occasional rosé which he calls Le Rosé de Bujan.

Pascal Meli shows us the entrance to his cellar at Chateau Bujan in the Côtes de Bourg, Bordeaux, France.
