Cheryl Epple (November 2, 1951 in Compton, California – July 5, 2004 in Norwalk, California) was an American businesswoman and civic leader from California and a member of the Democratic Party.[1]
In 1993, Epple, wife of then assemblyman Bob Epple (D-Cerritos), won election to the Cerritos College Board of Trustees. She was reelected in 1997 and 2001 and twice served as board president (in 1996 and 2001). On July 5, 2004, Epple died of a sudden heart attack.[2] She was replaced on the board by her husband, who had previously served as a trustee from 1981 until 1988.[3]
