'Ipanema is a station wagon, manufactured by General Motors.
It's the station wagon version of Kadett. Commercialized in Brazil, in 1989 until 1997, it has 1.8L and 2.0L engines, alcohol or gasoline.
It was produced from 1989 to 1998, in the versions: SL, SL/E, GL and GLS, in addition to the special series Wave, Sol and Flair.
As of 1994, only in the 5-door versions, GL and GLS, in the 1.8 EFI and 2.0 EFI engines. The special series Wave, Sol and Flair were also produced in 1992, 1993 and 1994, and the Flair version was already in the 5-door version with the 2.0 EFI propeller.
In 1996 it was only the GL version, which had the engine 1.8 as standard - there was also the optional 2.0, and in 1997 its production was discontinued, entering its niche market the Corsa Wagon in versions GL and GLS 1.6 MPFI.
In its last year, Ipanema came only in the GL version, equipped with the Vectra 2.0 MPFI engine.
