Cheyanna's Champions for Children, sometimes spelled as Cheyanna's Champions 4 Children or CC4C, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on supporting children in Central Texas between the ages of 5 and 18 affected by rare and undiagnosed diseases.[2][3][4]

CC4C provides financial assistance to alleviate medical bills relating to treatment and transport.[5] CC4C has provided financial assistance for over 100 children and reimbursed over 850 medical bills.[6] CC4C also connects families with mental health professionals and organizations.[7]

Origin[edit]

In 2006, Talaya Frazier's daughter, Cheyanna, became ill and was diagnosed with a rare disease. Six years later, in 2012, Talaya Frazier went on to create Cheyanna’s Champions for Children (CC4C) to assist children with rare or undiagnosed diseases. At the time CC4C was the only non-profit in Texas dedicated solely to assisting children with rare diseases.[8]
