Cheyenne Floyd (born Kristyn Cheyenne Floyd, October 19, 1992) is an American reality television personality, fashion designer, and non-profit organizer. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, she entered the entertainment industry after being cast in the third season of the MTV reality television series Are You The One? in 2015, in which young singles try to find love. A year later she was invited to join the 28th season of the series The Challenge, a reality TV game show where she met the father of her child, Cory Wharton. On April 7, 2017 Floyd gave birth to her daughter, Ryder K. A few days after birth, Ryder was diagnosed with a rare condition named VLCAD. When Floyd found out she was pregnant, she didn't know her child's paternity. Six months after Ryder was born, DNA evidence confirmed Wharton as the father and the two decided to co-parent. In November 2017, Floyd joined season 7 of the Teen Mom OG cast along with Catelynn Baltierra, Amber Portwood, Bristol Palin, Farrah Abraham and Maci Bookout.
In 2019, Floyd launched her own line of clothing called The Ruu.
Cheyenne created a non-profit named after her daughter called "Rage Regardless Ry". The organization takes initiative in supporting the lifestyle changes that come with raising children living with metabolic conditions. They host family & social events to bring awareness to the importance of the newborn screening test and VLCAD.
Personal life[edit]
Floyd was born to parents Kyle and Theresa Floyd; she also has an older sister named R KyleLynn. After graduating from Maranatha High School in Pasadena, California, she attended the Scripps Howard School of Journalism at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia and graduated with a Bachelors in Public Relations and minored in Art in the Spring of 2015.
Floyd became pregnant with her daughter with The Challenge co-star Cory Wharton after a night together after The Challenge: Rivals III reunion show. Floyd thought to have conceived with then boyfriend, when her daughter, Ryder K was born on April 7, 2017. Six months after her birth, it was confirmed that co-star Cory Wharton was the father and the two decided to co-parent their daughter together. On April 22 2020, Cory's girlfriend and fellow co-star from Ex on the Beach, Taylor Selfridge gave birth to his second daughter, Mila Mae.
