Chia Hong v. Facebook is a gender discrimination and race discrimination lawsuit filed by Chia Hong against her former employer, Facebook. The lawsuit was filed in San Mateo County Superior Court by Lawless & Lawless, one of two law firms which represented Ellen Pao in Pao v. Kleiner Perkins.[1][2][3][4]
