Chip Espinoza
Chip Espinoza, PhD, is an author who has written on Millennials (Generation Y). He is a co-author of "Millennials Who Manage: How To Overcome Workplace Perceptions and Become A Great Leader" [1] "Millennials@Work: The 7 Skills Every Twenty-Something (And Their Manager) Needs to Overcome Roadblocks and Achieve Greatness" [2] and Managing the Millennials: Discover the Core Competencies for Managing Today’s Workforce.[3] He is Academic Director of Organizational Psychology at Concordia University Irvine[4] and a Senior Consultant with FranklinCovey.

Espinoza attended Vanguard University of Southern California where he took an MA in non-profit leadership. He did his PhD in leadership and change at Antioch University.[5][better source needed]
