Chip Espinoza, PhD, is an author who has written on Millennials (Generation Y). He is a co-author of "Millennials Who Manage: How To Overcome Workplace Perceptions and Become A Great Leader" "Millennials@Work: The 7 Skills Every Twenty-Something (And Their Manager) Needs to Overcome Roadblocks and Achieve Greatness" and Managing the Millennials: Discover the Core Competencies for Managing Today’s Workforce. He is Academic Director of Organizational Psychology at Concordia University Irvine and a Senior Consultant with FranklinCovey.

Education

Espinoza attended Vanguard University of Southern California where he took an MA in non-profit leadership. He did his PhD in leadership and change at Antioch University.
