Choi Siu Tsun (1994-) is a Hong Kong history researcher, poet, and senior editor of the Hong Kong Chronicles Institute.[1]

Choi graduated from the Department of History of Lingnan University with a Master of Philosophy and a Bachelor of First Class Honors. He was the first batch of editors to join the Hong Kong Chronicles Institute. Participated in Overview & Chronology of Hong Kong Chronicles, responsible for the ancient part, and was one of the duty editors in charge. He is also responsible for the compilation of Place Names and Appendices.[2][3]

In addition to research, Choi often writes articles for newspapers[4], accepts media interviews[5][6], and gives lectures, introducing his latest research outcomes. His main research direction is Hong Kong's ancient history and place-names. His articles are often accompanied by his Classical Chinese poetry, and the writing style tends to be quaint. Choi is also a permanent member of the Hong Kong Archaeological Society.
