Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited (Chinese: 周大福珠寶集團有限公司), doing jewellery business as Chow Tai Fook, is a jewellery company with its corporate headquarters in Hong Kong. Its registered office is in Cayman Islands. It is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong since 15 December 2011.[1][2] [3] As at 31 March 2018, it has issued 10,000,000,000 shares capital. It is part of conglomerate Chow Tai Fook.
The company operates a retail network in Greater China, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and the United States, and an e-commerce business, the Group also encompasses other jewellery brands including CHOW TAI FOOK T MARK, Hearts On Fire, MONOLOGUE and SOINLOVE.[4][5] [6][2]

Chow Tai Fook has 2,449 Points of Sale in Mainland China, and 136 stores in Hong Kong, Macau, and other markets as at 31 Mar, 2018. (Excluded shop-in-shop and counter-in-shop) [7]
Business Model[edit]
Chow Tai Fook adopts a vertically integrated business model. The model consists of upstream, midstream and downstream, which integrates the entire value chain. Raw material procurement as well as diamond cutting and polishing at upstream; product development, design, manufacturing and quality assurance, including logistics and distribution at midstream; lastly the retail network and e-commerce platform at downstream are fully covered in the vertically integrated business model.[8][not in citation given] [9][not in citation given]
