Chris Howson

Chris Howson is a Canadian television personality radio personality and writer. Howson was raised in Millbrook, Ontario before moving to Niagara Falls, Ontario to attend Niagara College from 2007-2010 for the Broadcast Journalism program, specializing in radio and television presentation. Following graduation, Howson worked as a videographer at CHEX-TV before joining Evanov Communications in 2010 as a radio deejay.[1]
Career[edit]
Howson has been the host of Men's Fashion Insider on OUTtv for six seasons [2]. On Men's Fashion Insider Howson covered the runway shows at Toronto, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec Fashion Week, and interviewed Canadian and international designers from Joe Fresh to Bustle Clothing to Dsquared and Vivienne Westwood. Howson has hosted the morning show on CIRR-FM since 2010 along with comedian Richard Ryder.[4] [5] In addition to his broadcast career, Howson is also a freelance writer for both domestic and international publications. [6] Currently he writes weekly columns for Dose, Xtra! and The Style Con. [7]
Charity work[edit]
Howson has a great love of long distance running and has run the Toronto Waterfront Marathon Rock 'n' Roll San Diego Marathon and San Francisco Marathon in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada [8]. He also lent his image to a promotional campaign in support of Special Olympics Canada. [9]
