Chrisean Eugenia Malone (born March 14, 2000), professionally known as Chrisean Rock, was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a 23-year-old female American rapper, model, and reality television personality on Zues, Blue Girls Club, YouTube, and more including her own show, "Blueface & Chrisean: Crazy in Love" featuring Blueface. In 2023, Chrisean's song with Lil Mabu "MR. TAKE YA B*TCH" reached number 96 on the Billboard Hot 100 within two weeks, gathering over 7.8 million streams.[1]

Early Life[edit]

Chrisean was born in West Baltimore and lived in poverty[2] for most of her childhood. Before her fame, she was forced to become homeless from ages 9 through 18 due to absent parents. Malone and her 11 siblings, for the most part, grew up while taking care of each other. In 2018, she graduated from Brainerd High School. As she grew older, she found peace in being a student-athlete which led her to attend Santa Monica College, a two-year college in California, studying Kinesiology and Exercise science.[3][4]

Family[edit]

Eugene Arthur Malone, Chrisean's father, was in prison until she was 7 years old. He is now trying to "make up lost time and make new memories with his children by giving up his past life and being a loving father." While Clara Malone, Chrisean's mother, struggled with substance abuse for most of her children's lives.[5] Chrisean also claims in interviews and on social media that she experienced and witnessed abuse as an adolescent.[6] "Rock" is the 11th child in her family of 12 children. Chrisean's siblings from oldest to youngest are Terence Dorsey, Unique Dorsey, Sierra Dorsey, Terine Malone, Eugene Malone, Tessa Manning Malone, Obadiah Malone, Latifa Malone, Chastity Malone, and Petey Malone. Some of the Malone siblings have appeared in their sister’s spotlight including on her show “Crazy In Love” while most preferred to be kept private and away from the media.[5]

Career[edit]

Malone made her first debut on television when she appeared on the "Ultimate Tag" game show completing the course in 50 seconds as one of the fastest female competitors and winning the $10,000 prize.[7] Soon after, she became a social media influencer and Instagram model while creating her own YouTube videos.[2] The upcoming rapper participated in Blueface's "Blue Girls Club" where she met her soon-to-be boyfriend and signed to his record label, BluefaceLLC. She released her first song "Lonely" featuring Blueface in 2020 and her hit single “Vibe” shortly after in 2021 which has over 15 million views on YouTube. Since then, she has released 15 more songs including her more recent “Baby Father Drama” and “MR. TAKE YA B*TCH” as a diss track to Blueface.[2] Along with her music career, she was also cast on Zues Network's show Baddies seasons 2-4 from 2022-2023. However, her time on Baddies season 4 was cut short due to her pregnancy. In 2022, she became an Executive Producer and starred in her show with Jonathan Porter, “Blueface & Chrisean: Crazy in Love."[3]

Personal Life[edit]

Chrisean has been in a relationship with Jonathan Porter, also known as rapper Blueface, since 2020 after meeting on his show "Blue Girls Club." and becoming business partners. The rapper's relationship has consisted of abuse, arrests, property damage, and at least three terminated pregnancies during her relationship with Blueface.[3][8][9] In early 2023, she announced her recent pregnancy with Blueface along with their breakup. On September 3, 2023, Malone gave birth to her first child and named him "Chrisean Jesus Malone Jr." after herself.[8] Rock has a total of 7 tattoos in honor of her ex-boyfriend, Blueface including on her neck, face, hand, and lower stomach.[9] Since her breakup with Blueface, she bought her first home and car at 23 years old.[10]

Legal Issues[edit]

Rock has gotten into many issues with the law due to physical altercations with Blueface. In 2022, she was charged with possession of a controlled substance and intent to distribute in Oklahoma. 3 months later, she was seen and arrested in New Orleans for an Oklahoma bench warrant. She then pleaded guilty with four years of probation for each charge.[11] Chrisean is scheduled to be on probation until March 2027.[12]
