Christina Persson (born 20 September 1979, in Connecticut, United States) is an American Olympic sailor [1] US Championship.

Christina began racing Laser Radials, first in local and regional regattas, then joined the Lauderdale High Performance Race Team; her mastery soon took her to U.S. national and European competitions as well as a world championship; she produced some of her best results in the laser in 2012 and 2014. Christina then had success racing in the F-18 class during 2016 – 2017.

Among other awards, she placed first in the New England 100 Distance Race at Newport, RI in August, 2016.

Professionally, Christina is an expert speaker and consultant in experience design in the tech field. She holds a dual degree in Industrial Design and Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, and studied in the Executive Education program at the Harvard Business School. Christina is active in the Newport, RI and Miami, FL sailing communities, and she is affiliated with Sail Newport and the Lauderdale Yacht Club, and is a member of the US Sailing Team.
