Christine A. Muschik is an associate professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy and part of the Institute for Quantum Computing at the University of Waterloo.[1] In 2018, when she was an assistant professor at Waterloo, she was awarded the Emmy Noether Fellowship in order to launch her investigation into quantum simulations of Lattice Gauge Theories.[2] She holds the 2020-2022 Azrieli Global Scholar from CIFAR.[3]
She completed her PhD at the Max-Planck-Institute for Quantum Optics in 2011.[4]
