Christopher Glinski

Christopher Glinski is an attorney practicing in Racine, Kenosha, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from University of Wisconsin–Madison with a bachelor’s degree in 2004 and from Marquette University Law School, with honors, in 2008. While in law school he served as an editor of the Marquette Sports Law Review and as an intern for Diane Sykes of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.[1]
Shortly after graduating from law school, he founded Glinski Law Office. Glinski Law Office provides aggressive criminal defense, traffic defense, child custody, and divorce representation in Racine, Kenosha, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He has been recognized as one of the "Top 40 Trial Lawyers Under 40" in Wisconsin and has been nationally recognized as one of the "Top 100 Criminal Defense Lawyers."
Notable Cases[edit]
State of Wisconsin v. Joseph Brantley (14-CF-450) In 2015, Attorney Christopher Glinski represented Joseph Brantley, who was charged with murder and armed robbery in the death of Anthony Edwards. The case gained regional attention when Attorney Glinski’s cross-examination of former Kenosha Police Officer Kyle Baars revealed that Baars had planted evidence at the crime scene in an apparent attempt to frame Joseph Brantley’s co-defendant, Markese Tibbs.[2][3] Officer Baars was subsequently charged with a felony for planting evidence.[4]
