Christopher Richard Stringini (born 28 November 1988 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American singer and actor. He was best known for being a member of multi-platinum boy band US5.[1] He was known as "Richie" with the band. In the band, he had a Justin Bieber look-alike hairstyle although Bieber wasn't famous at that time.
Early Life
Christopher's biological father is of American origin with Canadian roots, and his mother is Polish. Christopher was raised and grew up in Wheaton, Illinois, a small town near Chicago.
Career
1992-2005: Career Beginning
Christopher moved calmly on stage from the age of 4. He played in various musicals and commercials. His face appeared on the covers of children's books and toy boxes. He also made guest appearances in the series Lizzie McGuire and My Best Friend. He was also a professional child model. Before US5, Christopher was on his way to becoming a successful actor, starring for example in the American Hollywood film "Rule Number One".[2]
2005-2010: US5

In 2005, he starred in German TV show Big In America (which he successfully passed the preliminaries), where "the father of boy bands", Lou Pearlman, discovered his new international boy band, which was named US5 and won the YAM! awarded by the German publishing group Axel Springer SE as the superstar of the year. This award was given to him at one of US5's concerts. He enjoyed the fame with his best friends, Jay, Izzy, Chris & Mikel. He recorded 4 studio albums and the German "Top Number 1", charted hit single "Maria" with the group. The song also reached Gold Record in America and was a huge summer hit for European countries. Moreover, he also released famous singles like "Just Because of You", "Come Back to Me Baby" and 8 singles with the group. Especially in 2008, he released "The Boys Are Back" from High School Musical 3. He also released a solo single, called "Best Friends" in 2006 for his bandmates and friends. The video also means that he is worthy of attention. In 2006, he did a lot of school tours and various promotions up and down the UK with the band. The tour was shown in the second season of Big In America which is airing on UK's MTV channel by performing their hit single, "Maria". He was a very true member of the band, he stayed with the band for 5 years.
2012: Solo Career and YouTube
After a few years of silence, he finally released a solo single in 2012, which is named "Man Down", which is available in iTunes. The single reached top radio spots in Poland. He also released singles like "We Don't Gotta Go Home" or versions like "Dancing On My Own" and etc. He also makes YouTube videos with Hollowbox,[3] which is a YouTube channel. In the channel, his latest solo single, released on March 4, 2022, is a cover of Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi's 2019 hit "Someone You Loved". In addition, the channel uploaded a lot of songs covered by him, his daily life & past live streams. You won't believe it, the music videos of US5 are actually uploaded and available to watch at the channel. There are even behind the scenes of the bands videos. For all we know, he is a professional youtuber and vlogger by shooting YouTube videos in United States.

Christopher currently lives in Wheaton in Illinois.

Christopher was engaged to Monica Lewinski in 2008 until 2009. Before meeting Monica, Christopher was in a relationship with Lalaine from 2001 until 2005. As a conclusion, Christopher is currently single.
