CineMortal is a film written in 2023 by Tycho Wade, specifically to be filmed at the Egyptian Theatre in Delta, Colorado. It is a horror, comedy, whodunit story about a group of friends who meet at the old theater for a late-night watch party. While there, they discover the historic theater’s dark secrets with horrific results. There are two classic horror films playing on the theater’s screen in the background: House on Haunted Hill and Night of the Living Dead. The film was shot at the Egyptian Theatre in just two weeks of October 2024 by director Tycho Wade and director of photography Sam Gannuch. It premiered at the Egyptian Theatre on November 7, 2025.[1][2][3][4] A Denver premier was held on December 3, 2025, at the Elaine Wolf Theater.[5]
