Cirilo M. Bathan Jr. (born August 16, 1988, in Maugat, Tanauan City, Batangas) is a Filipino education specialist, engineer, and administrator. He is known for his work in education governance and policy, and has contributed significantly to advancing quality assurance, program management, and institutional reforms in the Philippines. He currently serves as an Education Supervisor at the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)[2] Regional Office IV-A (CALABARZON).[3]

Born in Maugat, Tanauan City, Batangas, Bathan showed early promise as a dedicated and high-achieving student.
