City Point (Chinese: 环宇海湾) is a large private housing estate in Tsuen Wan West, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is a development project on top of the MTR, built above the Kwai Tsing Tunnel of the Tuen Ma Line. Seven units in Huanyu Bay face the Rambler Channel, and some units have sea views. The site covers an area of 113,064 square feet and provides 1,717 units. Cheung Kong Holdings, MTR Corporation, and Nan Fung Group jointly developed it. The architect is Industrial Architects Co., Ltd., and was completed in March 2015.
As of December 24, 2014, Worldwide Bay, developed by Cheung Kong, had recorded 1,683 registrations, becoming the new first-hand project with the most significant number of registrations in 2014, with a total registered value of approximately $11.959 billion.
