Classic Marble Company (CMC) is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company that commenced operations in 1994 from Mumbai. It procures raw Marble and granite from world reserves and processes them at its 5,00,000 sq. m plant in Silvassa. CMC uses vacuumised resin filling to ensure filling up of minutest pores in marble in order to provide strength to the finished marble. The company produces natural, engineered marble and quartz marble in four separate factories in this plant. CMC trades in 500 plus varieties in travertine, onyx, limestone and other exotic stones. The company’s engineered segment of stones, chiefly marble and quartz fall under its brand KalingaStone, which it launched in 2009. Under KalingaStone collection, there are five series of marble range products and seven series in Quartz range. This brand is sold in 53 countries.

CMC was established in 1994 as an importer of premium natural stones including marble, Granite, travertine, onyx and other exotic stones. In 2009, the company ventured into the composite stones segment and laid the foundation of KalingaStone. Under the flagship brand, CMC introduced engineered marble and quartz which found tremendous success in the global markets and even at home. The company later also ventured into the porcelain tiles segment and partnered with international tile majors – Techlam and Iris for marketing the world’s slimmest range of porcelain tiles in India.
CMC’s product portfolio includes 700 products in both the natural and engineered stones range.

With a capacity to manufacture 30 million sq. ft. of marble, limestone, among others per annum, its plant can stock up to 30,000 metric tons of raw blocks and 500,000 sq. m. of finished marble. In last two decades, the company has become the first to supply more than 110 million sq. ft. of imported marble.
The KalingaStone factory produces 25 million sq. ft. of composite marble and 5 million sq. ft. of quartz per annum.
KalingaStone is exported to over 53 Countries across 6 continents through a widespread sales and distribution network across the world
CMC is a member of the Indian Green Building Council. Each product is created through an eco-friendly process.
