ClayClaim, (* born August 12, 1986 in Remscheid, real name Simon Haase) is a German designer, entrepreneur, (game) influencer and YouTuber. ClayClaim publishes tutorials and stop motion animations on YouTube and other social media channels, his clay figures based on video games can mainly be found on the YouTube channel ClayClaim.[1]

ClayClaim opened his YouTube channel on July 24, 2015 and uploaded his debut video "MINION STUART (Despicable Me) - Polymer Clay Tutorial"[2] in February 2016. Since then he has regularly shown videos in which he creates clay figures and motifs with which he wants to inspire as many people as possible to become creative themselves. Meanwhile he publishes a new video every Friday. The video tutorials in which ClayClaim produces polymer clay creations based on video games reach more than 1.8 million subscribers on YouTube.[3]

He ranks 77th among the top 250 most subscribed YouTube channels in Germany.[4] The length of its videos amounts to between 10 and 20 minutes.

Loot Lake & Liquid Soap (Fortnite Battle Royale) is his most viewed video until May 2019 with over 11 million views.

ClayClaim set up a stop motion film studio in Remscheid at the end of 2018.[5]

Simon Haase studied communication design at the Institut of Design in Düsseldorf and manages his agency haasedesign as company owner. He is married and father of two children. He lives and works in Remscheid.
