CleanSpark, Inc is a Nasdaq Bitcoin mining company that focuses its mining operations on utilising sustainable energy.[1] They own and operate several sites and infrastructure across America, housing over 88,217 deployed miners across their infrastructure as of September 2023.[citation needed]
In June 2023 they acquired two facilities in Dalton, Georgia consisting of over 6,000 mining devices.[2][better source needed]
In October 2023 the company reached a 10 EH/s milestone, making it one of the very few publicly traded bitcoin miners to have ever reached such speeds.[citation needed]
As of October 2023, they currently mine bitcoin from 6 locations in Georgia and New York and continue to focus on utilising abundant, affordable and clean energy to make Bitcoin mining as low-carbon as possible using a mix of energy from nuclear, hydroelectric, solar and wind.[citation needed]
They also have a Corporate Office in Woods Cross, UT and Corporate Headquarters in Henderson, NV.[3]
