Clean Energy Buyers Association (CEBA)
The Clean Energy Buyers Association (CEBA) is a national business association based in the US that deals with procurement strategies in renewable energy policy settings and brings together energy buyers and energy providers born with the goal of helping business voluntary purchase an extra 60GW of renewable energy by 2025.[1] The initiative was born under the name of Renewable Energy Buyers Association in 2018 alongside the Clean Energy Buyers Institute by the World Wildlife Fund, BSR (formerly the Business for Social Responsibility), the Rocky Mountain Institute, and the World Resources Institute.[2] Its name has been changed to CEBA in 2021 with the renewed goal of "achieving a 90% carbon-free U.S. electricity system by 2030."[2]
