Clemente José Romero Bravo (born November 25, 1984) is a businessman,[1] speaker and author.[2] He is the CEO of the staffing company Paisclo Solutions Corp and president of the Urban Latino Records record label.[3]
Career and trajectory[edit]
At the end of 2014, he immigrated to the United States in search of new opportunities. He began his career in the hotel industry, where he worked in various positions until he became a human resources manager. During her tenure, she implemented policies that significantly improved the work culture and climate, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and engagement. In addition, he managed to significantly reduce staff turnover and increase efficiency in the hotel's human resource management.[4]
In 2020, Romero founded Paisclo Solutions Corp in Florida, which achieved successful growth.[5].The company quickly expanded its operations and in a short time opened two branches, one in Miami and one in Tampa.[6]

On December 14, 2013, Clemente was the winner in the "Excellence as Best Consultant in Recruitment and Hiring with International Projection" categories.[7]

On November 23, 2022, he was the winner in the "2022 Best Latino Entrepreneur Award" category.[8]
International Leader Awards[edit]
On March 8, 2023, Romero was awarded two statuettes: one for his outstanding work as an entrepreneur and another for the high performance and quality of his company.[9]
