Client Trust Account Protection Program

Client Trust Account Protection Program (CTAPP) is an annual auditing reporting procedure[1] established by the State Bar of California for both Interest on Lawyers' Trust Accounts (IOLTA) and non-IOTLA accounts.[2][3][4]
