Clinicminds is a web-based clinic management software platform developed by the Dutch company Clinicminds B.V. It is primarily used by aesthetic and private healthcare practices to manage electronic health records, appointment scheduling, and medical documentation. The application is designed for use on web browsers and iOS devices.
History
Clinicminds was founded in 2012 by cosmetic physician Toby Makmel and IT entrepreneur Guy Makmel. The platform was launched in 2014 to address workflow challenges in aesthetic and medical clinics. Since its release, Clinicminds has expanded its user base across Europe and internationally, particularly in fields such as dermatology, cosmetic surgery, and MedSpa practices.

The software offers electronic health record (EHR) management, appointment scheduling with automated reminders, treatment documentation, patient consent and medical history forms, and marketing automation tools. It also integrates with third-party platforms for invoicing and inventory management.[1]
Clinicminds complies with regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and supports international use through its multilingual interface.
