Bonkhe Mthokozisi Nhlabatsi (born on 28 February 2000), professionally known as Cloudy Manteen is a rapper and a songwriter from Manzini. He was born and raised in Manzini by both parents untill his mother moved out with his younger siblings to settle in Ntjanini for studies, leaving him staying with his father for work in the city

Academic[edit]

He started and completed his primary school at Matsapha Government school from 2006 to 2014. In 2015 he started his Secondary school and completed it in 2017 at Swazi National School.He then went for high school at Lozitha National school in 2018 and finished it 2019.

Early life[edit]

Cloudy discovered his music at a later stage when he was able to freestyle Drake's "Started from the bottom" instrumental in 2013.He then started taking his music forward in 2018 when he was approached by Chief Umtukulu who was another struggling artists at that time.They both worked together, recording music in their small studio located in Chief's room. Since they lived in the same hood at Matsapha, they were able to do more practice until Cloudy took a break.Cloudy Manteen took a break in his music and focused more on his studies in 2017.

Career[edit]

He came back and got in the industry in 2021 with a single Excited.[1]
