Coach Meddy (born 5th December 1982) is a French Celebrity Fitness Trainer[1]. He is best known for creating the MMF Protocol (a Mixed Martial Arts and Football training technique)[2]. Meddy is also the co-founder of the mobile app NA 39 with Nicolas Anelka[3][4].
Career[edit]
Meddy has worked with football teams like Juventus (Turin), Borussia Dortmund and AS Monaco[5]. He has been associated with football stars like Nicolas Anelka, Patrice Evra, Blaise Matuidi, Medhi Benatia, Miralem Pjanic[6][7][8][9] as well as artists such as Jason Derulo and LACRIM[10].
MMF[edit]
Meddy founded a new Fitness Technique called MMF Protocol (Mixed Martial and Football Protocol) which combines football training and mixed martial arts specifically for football players[11][12].
