Coaching Circle is a Finnish online coach directory and visibility platform for professional coaches and people looking for coaching services. The website is built around a simple idea: make coaching easier to find, easier to understand and easier to compare from the client’s point of view.[1]
The service is operated by Mind Vault Associates, a Finnish business based in Kaarina, Finland.[2] Coaching Circle was founded by Mike Moisio, who presents the project as a first version of a broader attempt to improve the visibility and trustworthiness of coaching in Finland.[3]
Overview
Coaching Circle is aimed especially at coaches who want a professional public profile without having to build their whole online presence from scratch. In its current form, the website focuses on coach profiles, search, visibility and basic trust signals. A profile can describe who the coach is, what kind of clients they help, how they work, what languages they use, whether they work online or in person and how a client can contact them.[4]
The public homepage describes the service as a Finnish coach directory that helps coaches build visibility, discoverability and a credible web presence “without constant social media circus”. The site also presents itself as search engine and AI-friendly, which gives the project a slightly unusual angle for a small coaching directory: it is not only a listing page, but also a structured visibility system.[5]
As of June 2026, the homepage showed the search function in demonstration mode and displayed example coach profiles from several Finnish cities and coaching categories.[6]
Purpose
The practical purpose of Coaching Circle is to reduce the friction between a person looking for coaching and a coach who may be a good fit.
That sounds simple. It is not always simple in real life.
A person may know they need direction, support, structure or better decisions, but not know whether to search for a life coach, career coach, business coach, leadership coach or wellbeing coach. At the same time, many capable coaches are spread across personal websites, social media profiles, LinkedIn posts and word-of-mouth networks. Coaching Circle tries to create a calmer route between those two sides.[7]
The website’s own explanation puts the point neatly: a good coach profile is not only an introduction text, but also support for the client’s decision-making.[8]
Features
The early version of Coaching Circle is centered on public coach profiles and directory search. The service may include or collect information such as:
- coach name and professional title
- profile image and introductory text
- coaching themes and categories
- city, online availability and meeting formats
- coaching languages
- training, credentials and professional background
- availability, pricing and contact methods
- links to external websites or booking pages[9]
The homepage search currently supports browsing by name, theme, description, city, coaching area, language and online availability.[10]
Data and search-oriented design
One of the more distinctive aspects of Coaching Circle is its structured approach to coach visibility. A normal coach profile can easily become a loose biography: warm, maybe interesting, but hard to compare. Coaching Circle takes a more data-aware approach by treating profile content as structured information.
This means that categories, themes, languages, locations, delivery methods and practical details are not just decoration. They can become searchable signals. In plain English: the system is designed so that both humans and machines can better understand what each coach actually offers.
The site’s public messaging already refers to search engine and AI-friendly visibility.[11] That places Coaching Circle somewhere between a traditional directory, a light marketplace and a small data product. Not flashy. Just useful.
Coaching scope
Coaching Circle makes a clear distinction between coaching and regulated support services. The service states that it is not therapy, healthcare, crisis support, legal advice or financial advice.[12][13]
Instead, the site frames coaching as support for situations where a person may need conversation, direction, structure and concrete next steps. This careful distinction is important, because the coaching field can otherwise become vague from the outside. Coaching Circle’s tone is friendly, but it does not present coaching as a cure-all.
Current stage
Coaching Circle is currently in an early-stage version. According to the service terms, coaches can create profiles, save them as drafts and later have them published in the directory after review or approval.[14]
The public website encourages early coaches to join before a wider public opening and refers to the first participants as “perustajacoachit”, or founding coaches.[15] This gives the project a community-led feeling: the first visible profiles are not just content in a database, but part of the service’s first impression.
Registration and privacy
For coach profile creation, Coaching Circle primarily uses Google account login.[16] The privacy notice states that the service may process account data, coach profile data, profile images, contact messages, agreement acceptance data and technical security-related information. It also says that published coach profile information may be visible to internet users and search engines.[17]
The service is intended for coaches and related professionals or organizations who want to create a coach profile in the directory.[18]
Positioning
Coaching Circle sits in a practical middle ground. It is not a large enterprise coaching provider, and it is not just a plain list of names either. Its early positioning is closer to a Finnish, profile-first directory where coaches can become easier to find and clients can make a more informed first decision.
The relaxed Nordic feel is part of the charm. The service does not try to make coaching sound mysterious. It treats coaching as a human service that benefits from clear language, good structure and enough trust signals to help a person take the first step.
