Cock Fight - Drink
A cock fight is an American take on the English snakebite. It was created in the Chicago blues clubs on cold nights to keep the jazz players warm. The cock fight is created by grabbing a pint, filling half with cider then holding a spoon over the glass and filling the rest with a stout. There should be a nice clear line between the cider and stout because that is the best way to consume this wonderful drink. This drink is great for all times of year, there is no bad time for a cock fight.
