Codename: Sailor V - The Game (also known as Codename: Sailor V - The Wheelman is back or Sailormoon: Code Name Sailor V) is a side-scrolling beat'em up video game that was a prototype of an imaginary arcade game in the Sailor Moon anime based on Streets of Rage series. It was developed by Vladimir Kutiakov's collective named "Caroline Software Incorporated" and released on the NEC PC-88 and NEC PC-98 systems in 1993 exclusively for Japan.[1]

Codename: Sailor V - The Game was unofficially ported to PC, XBox, Wii and PSP by Tommy "Kungpow" Watson (Kungpow Productions ex-founder). The ports were based on Dreamcast version made by Reflections Interactive that uses BoR engine instead native Metro16 or E-Metro32. 8-bit in-game soundtrack and sound effects were changed in the ported versions.
