Cody Don Reeder

Cody Don Reeder (/ˈkdi dɒn ridər/; born May 15, 1992) is an American physicist and geologist, and is one of the first aspiring astronauts planning to help colonize the planet Mars in the MarsOne mission.[1] He is currently studying the geology of planets and exoplanets at Utah State University in Logan, Utah. [Facebook=""k 1] From February 2nd, 2011 to the present, he has been the producer and host of many popular YouTube videos on his channel pertaining to science, his beekeeping expertise, and his plans for living on the planet Mars. Early Life[edit]

Reeder was born as the second of three children in Grantsville, Utah, and raised on his mother and father's ranch just outside of Grantsville.[1] His mother, Margret Reeder, worked as a cashier at Walmart, while his father, Eldon Reeder, was a mechanic at Utah Fabrication, and a beneficiary of the minerals under approximately 120 acres of claimed land.[EWG="" 1]

From Kindergarten through high school, Reeder attended public schools, which were Grantsville Elementary, Grantsville Junior High, and Grantsville High, where he was the captain of his FFA team and ran cross country. [Facebook=""k 1]
