Career
At the 2023 Junior Track Cycling World Championships in Cali, Colombia, Dempster finished third in the individual sprint event, 13th in the Keirin, and 12th in the 1000m time trial.[1][2]

Dempster was born in Oakville, Ontario. He lives in Milton, Ontario.
