Colin Entwistle is a video game developer and former lead programmer at Rockstar North, where he contributed to the Grand Theft Auto series, LA Noire and Red Dead Redemption.[1] Colin has played a key role, working with Grand Theft Auto V boss Leslie Benzies, to create the new Everywhere game.[2]

Career[edit]

Colin’s background in audio software brought him to Rockstar North in 2003, where he began as an audio programmer on Manhunt and the Grand Theft Auto series, before moving into gameplay programming and progressing to lead camera programmer in 2010. In 2015, he co-founded Square Peg Games, a small independent games studio focussed on creating expansive open worlds filled with procedural gameplay. Colin is now technical director on Everywhere,[3] based in the Edinburgh studio.[4]
