Colin oxlade
Colin Oxlade (born June 18, 1865 in Sandringham, Victoria) is an Australian businessman. He runs Corporate Advisory Firm, a business that includes elements such as capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, and commodity trading. He has formerly worked with Brainytoys, Vanilla Group Australia, and Australian Sports Car Promotions.[1]
Oxlade received some criticism in August 2013 when he sent out an email purporting that the mining company Astra Resources was "on the verge of listing on a major European exchange" and that he could offer the e-mail recipients off-market shares of Astra at a "large discount".[2] Oxlade later stated that the e-mail had been sent out in error, that he was offering private shares, and he was not working on behalf of the company.[2]
