This company was founded in the year 2016 by Suresh Rangarajan to provide shared living space to migrant students and professionals who look for readily available furnished homes or appartments with modern amenities in Urban areas. This company was started in February 2016 in Vellore and Coimbatore with the Initial finance of Rs 12 Crores which they received from a Family Office.In 2019 they partnered with Salarpuria Sattva Group by receiving $9.2 million as venture capital finance. This company is managing the inventory of 20,000 beds in Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.[3][4][5]
