NBR Group (established in 1998) also known as NBR Developers is an Indian real estate development company based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The company focuses on residential projects including high-rise apartments, villa communities, and plotted housing in Bengaluru and Hosur.
History
The company was founded in 1998 in Bengaluru by brothers Nagabhushan Reddy and Aswath Narayana Reddy. It began with plotted layouts and later expanded into townships and high-rise housing.[1][2] In 2024, NBR Group acquired 9.65 acres of land in Sarjapur–Mullur, Bengaluru, for a residential project valued at about 12 billion Indian rupees.[3][4]

High-rise initiatives
In 2023, the company announced a large residential project at Sarjapur–Mullur with an estimated cost of 12 billion rupees.[8]
