The Jan Nowak-Jezioranski College of Eastern Europe in Wroclaw (Polish: Kolegium Europy Wschodniej im. Jana Nowaka-Jeziorańskiego we Wrocławiu, abbreviated KEW) is an independent Polish non-governmental organization and think tank. It was established in 2001 by Jan Nowak-Jezioranski to promote cultural exchange between countries of Eastern Europe.
In 2009 it launched the Polish-language bimonthly Nowa Europa Wschodnia. In 2011 it conceived and launched New Eastern Europe that it currently publishes in cooperation with the European Solidarity Centre.
Since 2004 KEW has been organising the annual conference on Polish foreign policy towards Eastern Europe Polska Polityka Wschodnia.
Its 25-member board of trustees includes Rafał Dutkiewicz, Paweł Kowal, Andrzej Nowak and Krystyna Zachwatowicz-Wajda.[1]
KEW is headquartered at the Renaissance Wojnowice Castle in Wojnowice, Środa Śląska County.[2]
