The Colony Arcade Building is a building at 63-67 West 38th Street in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City, New York, United States. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 10, 2014.

During Prohibition in the United States, the building hosted illicit bars. The building later became the Refinery Hotel, which has two bars.
