- Electronics for control and protection of dual engines (Bi-Fuel / Dual Fuel)
Bi-Fuel[edit]
ComAp introduced the bi-fuel concept in 1994. Control devices using bi-fuel technology enable the conversion of diesel engines to dual fuel (gas/diesel).
This can save up to 80 % Diesel fuel, which extends the running time of the device without the need for refuelling. In addition, the emissions produced during operation are also reduced, namely CO₂, NOₓ and SOₓ. Bi-fuel technology is used, for example, in the mining industry or in transport industry.
