Common Grains Alliance (CGA) is a Virginia, USA based non-profit organization[1] that works to improve food quality.[2] According to Forbes it is composed of "social entrepreneurs"; the group's aim is to "build a vibrant, integrated, and sustainable grain economy in Virginia and surrounding areas".[3] The organization was founded by Heather Coiner and Michael Grantz in 2017.[4][dead link] Common Grains Alliance is a membership based organization, with current members including Breadcraft,[5] Deep Roots Milling (Roanoke),[6] eatery Tabula Rasa (Blacksburg),[7] Great Day Gardens (Forest),[8] and Daniel Austin's grain farm, Taste of Jubilee (Rocky Mount).[9]
