Common Ground is the fourteenth album by the Progressive Rock band Big Big Train, and was released on Friday 30th July 2021.

In May 2021, the band released the video for the title track song on You Tube, and this was followed on Wednesday 14th July 2021 with the release of the instrumental song 'Apollo'.

With the theme of communication running through the album as a theme, the album is something of a departure from the 'English Electric to Second Brightest Star' era of the band with Nick D'Virgilio and Rijkard Sjoblom taking a more central role in the band in terms of structuring the songs. Nevertheless, David Longdon's vocals are still the driving point of the band which underwent significant change prior to the recording of the album.

The Album's Running Order:

1. The Strangest Times 05:07 2. All The Love We Can Give 08:05 3. Black With Ink 07:23 4. Dandelion Clock 04:14 5. Headwaters 02:26 6. Apollo 07:50 7. Common Ground 04:53 8. Atlantic Cable 15:06 9. Endnotes 06:58
