Communications Physics is a peer-reviewed open access scientific journal published by the Nature Publishing Group since 2018 [1][2][3][4]. Similar to the journal Physical Review Letters, it covers all physical sciences ranging from condensed-matter physics to astrophysics and cosmology. In 2018, it has been founded together with its sister journals Communications Chemistry and Communications Biology. It has the option of a transparent peer-review where the review process is made public once an article is accepted.

The editor-in-chief is Elena Belsole. The journal editorial offices are in London.
