ContactPoint 360 provides business process management and omnichannel customer experience solutions, including voice, email, chat, and social media. It services the banking and financial services, customer services, travel and energy, and healthcare sectors[3]
History
ContactPoint 360 was founded in 2007 by Asad Mirza with business locations in Toronto, St. Catharines and Montreal. Since 2018, the business has expanded its coverage and now has cloud contact centers operational in Bogotá, London, Manila and Gurugram in India.
The company was certified as a Great Place to Work in October 2019[4].
In June 2020, the business opened its latest site in Athens, Greece[5] and launched its Work at Home Division in mid-2020[6], to deliver customer experience via remote teams.
Services
ContactPoint 360 offers a wide array of services related to business process management, CX consulting, an in-house software development department, full-service omnichannel customer service support and CX consulting services. The company also offers speech analytics, workforce analytics and voice AI solutions for enhanced contact center operations.
