Cooperative Stock Market

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

A cooperative stock market is one that permits the trading of stock in worker and beneficiary owned enterprises.[1]

Concept[edit]

It's an theory idea, Talk about organize a market for trading an investment units, Similar the stock exchange , But they are dedicated to cooperative's institutions. The first world record of this idea was in 2014 through the European Institute for Economic Studies (EIES) by an Egyptian researcher named (Walid Ahmad AlaaElddin), but the idea got on the backs of several years before, when he submitted to the contest innovations of Social Sciences in 2007

The new idea provides many solutions for the problems facing the cooperative enterprise , such as solving the problems of financing difficulties, lack of flexibility of entry and exit of the participants, the lack of easy integration processes and posts between cooperatives

Background[edit]

Researcher Walid Ahmad AlaaElddin says he believes that the cooperative thought in fact is contrary to the application of socialist schools as it is in essence an entirely of capitalism, socialism applications often leads to replaced the tyranny of the private sector by the tyranny of state capitalism.

the cooperative system is the only system - in the opinion of the researcher - that articulates the interests of all individuals completely, It is the only system that does not allow monopoly or commercial dominance, Where the nature of the composition and the way it works push it away from the individual control.

Some may believe that the cooperative system is a rigid system and it does not have the flexibility to interact with all the other economic systems, this view is not true at all, But perhaps the slow development of the cooperative organizations, and submission it to many effects of political systems over the years has made this picture closer to mind about the cooperative system.

Market[edit]

The cooperative stock market built on the idea that all cooperative institutions provide a similar benefit to the community (Hypotheses are explain it in scientific research), so the all kinds of the offered product has the same valuable , within this market are traded through the exchange, that the buy and sale doing by using sales units , not the money, and the capital of any collaborative institution can determines it as a number of sales units which can be exchanged within the market with another institution selling units.

The process[edit]

In order to understand the new idea must know that they use capitalist system to apply it on organizations are in nature belong to the socialist system. This capitalist application is a stock market, and these organizations are the cooperative organizations. During the process of application for this idea we dispense the cash deal in buying and selling, but the process is closer to barter operations, through a value utensils called "selling units ", Cash is not the only value of each account of selling unit , but the term which person kept the selling unit is intervention in the value account. Of course, these selling units can be converted to money in the end, but this is in the case of the desire of the person to end his trading operations in this market, but as long as he is trading within the market Dealing is realizable through the exchange of selling units. The trading by this way gives the person a chance to profit by owning a units in many cooperative organizations, He becomes a participant in both by the size of which is owned, and have the freedom to replace those units by another are displayed in the market at any time.
