Corey Jamaal Easley (born June 27, 1983) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Perry Lakes Hawks of the State Basketball League (SBL). He played college basketball for the University of Montana and Minnesota State University, Mankato.
High school and college career[edit]
Easley attended both Simley High School and Rosemount High School in Minnesota. As a senior at Rosemount in 2001–02, he averaged 13.8 points, 7.6 rebounds and 4.6 blocks per game while earning first team all-league, third team all-state and was named to Minnesota's Top 40 Senior All-Star team.[1]
From 2002 to 2005, he played college basketball for Montana. In 2004–05, he was Montana's eighth-leading scorer, averaging 4.5 points per game.[2] In 2005, he transferred to Minnesota State for his senior season.[3]

Professional career[edit]
Easley went undrafted in the 2006 NBA draft. In September 2006, he signed with the Itzehoe Eagles of Germany for the 2006–07 season.[4]
On April 15, 2007, he was selected by Mayas-USA with the 7th overall pick in the 2007 WBA draft.[5][6]
In September 2007, he signed with the Quebec Kebs for the 2007–08 ABA season. Following the ABA season, he moved to Australia and signed with the Cockburn Cougars for the 2008 SBL season.
In March 2009, he signed with the Kalamunda Eastern Suns for the 2009 SBL season.[7]
In March 2010, he signed with the Ipswich Force for the 2010 QBL season.[8]
In February 2011, he signed with the East Perth Eagles for the 2011 SBL season. He re-joined the Eagles for the 2012 season.
In February 2013, he signed with the Perry Lakes Hawks for the 2013 SBL season. He re-joined the Hawks for the 2014 season. On May 29, 2014, he was named the Player of the Week for round 11.[9]

In April 2012, Easley and his wife, Denise, gave birth to their first child, a girl named Tiana.[10]
